Shipping and Payment Methods

Delivery times, shipping costs across the EU and the payment methods we accept.

Free shipping

Shipping is free for all orders over 150 EUR placed in the LIVLOCK web shop, to every EU member state. The shipping cost for orders under 150 EUR is 9.90 EUR.

Products paid for in accordance with the quotation are dispatched within one working day for orders received by 12:00 CET, Monday to Friday, counting from the day of payment. Typical delivery time is 1 to 3 working days in Croatia and 2 to 5 working days in other EU countries (islands and remote areas may take longer, depending on the carrier’s schedule).

During Black Friday and other major promotions, delivery times may be longer.

If you would like to arrange a specific delivery time, please write it in the ORDER NOTES so we can pass your request on to the delivery service.

Delivery process

Delivery is carried out by the Seller (through its staff) or by engaging a reputable courier service. Delivery is made through transport companies that provide carriage services.

Products are packed so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling in transport.

When accepting the product, the Buyer must check for any damage and report it immediately to the courier who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept a shipment with visible external damage. When accepting the goods the Buyer must sign the dispatch note or delivery note, which the delivery service takes as confirmation of receipt.

If the Buyer is delivered a product different from the one purchased, the Buyer has the right to delivery of the ordered product; if this is not possible, the Buyer has the right to a refund of the product price, the delivery price and the cost of returning the product, and must return the wrongly delivered product.

If the Seller is unable to deliver the purchased product within the stated period, it will inform the Buyer in order to agree a new delivery date. In this case the Buyer also has the right to withdraw from the contract.

On delivery, together with the purchased product, the Buyer receives all documents accompanying the product (user manual, warranty card), the invoice and a confirmation of receipt of the shipment that must be signed. By signing the confirmation of receipt, the product is considered accepted without visible external damage.

Goods are insured against loss in transit.

Shipping prices are displayed on livlock.eu and include the applicable VAT.

Order status

While the shipment is being processed, the Buyer receives e-mail notifications about the status of the shipment.

Payment methods

  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery when receiving the product from the courier (available in Croatia)
  • Card payment

1. Bank transfer

If you choose bank transfer, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. LIVLOCK staff will contact you if necessary.

Once the payment is received we will dispatch the ordered products. The ordered products are delivered to the Buyer in accordance with the delivery terms.

2. Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery lets you pay for your order at the moment of delivery to the specified address, that is only when the product is in front of you. Payment on delivery is made exclusively in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. If the recipient is unable to receive the shipment at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a notice of arrival. Cash on delivery is currently available for deliveries within Croatia.

3. Secure card payment

One-off payment: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Diners.
