How LIVMARK d.o.o. processes personal data collected through livlock.eu, in line with the GDPR.

This privacy policy explains how LIVMARK d.o.o. (hereinafter: “LIVMARK”) processes your personal data. LIVMARK is committed to protecting your personal data and processing it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR. Please read this policy carefully to understand why and how we collect your personal data and how it will be used.

LIVMARK is the controller of your personal data.

Purposes for which we process personal data

We process your personal data because legal regulations require certain actions, because processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps before entering into a contract, or on the basis of our legitimate interests, except where those interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals that require the protection of personal data. If we cannot process personal data on those legal bases, we will ask for your consent. If processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent must be communicated to the controller by e-mail at info@livlock.eu or by post to Športska ulica 6A, 40000 Čakovec, Croatia. Such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

We process your personal data when necessary to conclude and fulfil the rights and obligations arising from the contract of sale, for marketing purposes, and to improve our business and your customer experience (for example when you buy or order products and/or services from us, when you contact our customer service, when you subscribe to our newsletter, or when you complete a survey about our products and services).

We mostly collect personal data directly from you, when you order certain products or services or fill in a form, or when we collect data through monitoring (for example video surveillance at our premises).

Categories of personal data

When concluding a contract of sale we need data such as your name, surname and address in order to fulfil our obligation to deliver products and services. We sometimes ask for additional personal data such as an e-mail address or telephone number. We collect the personal data you provide when filling in online forms or forms at our premises.

Your rights

Right of access: you have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, access to that personal data. Access information includes, among other things, the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data concerned, and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be disclosed. This is not an unconditional right, and the interests of other individuals may limit your right of access. You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data being processed. For further copies you request, we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.

Right to rectification: you have the right to obtain from us the correction of inaccurate personal data. Taking into account the purposes of processing, you have the right to complete incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary statement.

Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): under certain conditions you have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data, and we are obliged to erase such personal data.

Right to restriction of processing: under certain conditions you have the right to obtain the restriction of processing of your personal data. In that case the relevant data will be marked and may be processed only for specific purposes.

Right to object: under certain conditions you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, on grounds relating to your particular situation or where personal data is processed for direct marketing, and you may ask us to stop processing your personal data.

Right to data portability: under certain conditions you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance from us.

If you are not satisfied with how we process your personal data, you may contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or the supervisory authority in your EU member state.

Retention of personal data

We keep the personal data we collect about you in a secure environment. Your personal data is protected from unauthorised access, disclosure, use, alteration or destruction by any organisation or individual.

Data collected for the purposes above will be stored by LIVMARK only for as long as necessary for those purposes. Your personal data will not be kept in a form that allows you to be identified for longer than LIVMARK reasonably considers necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or processed. LIVMARK will keep certain personal data for the period prescribed by the law or regulation that obliges LIVMARK to retain the data.

If you have given us consent, we will process your personal data until you withdraw it. If you raise a justified objection to processing based on legitimate interest, we will not process your personal data in the future.

If court, administrative or out-of-court proceedings have been initiated, personal data may be stored until the end of such proceedings, including any period for legal remedies. LIVMARK will keep certain personal data for the period prescribed by the law or regulation that obliges the controller to retain the data.

Recipients of personal data

We may share your personal information with our trusted partners who maintain our IT systems or provide services on behalf of LIVMARK, for example for marketing, finance, advertising, payment processing, delivery and other services in and outside the shop. Under the relevant contracts, those service providers are obliged to use the data entrusted to them only in accordance with our instructions and solely for the purpose we have strictly defined. We also oblige them to protect your data adequately and to treat it as a business secret.

In some cases our partners who provide services on behalf of or for LIVMARK may process your data outside the European Union. However, the contracts we conclude with such entities oblige them to handle your data with special security measures in accordance with the regulations in force in the European Union.

Cookies

Our website uses standard cookies. These are small pieces of code that your browser runs automatically; they are needed to display the site’s content correctly on all devices, and using the site would not be possible without them. The information collected this way is information about your browser and is used to remember your location on the site in case the session is interrupted, to track user movement to improve site functionality, and to improve your user experience.

The cookie that tracks your session remains active for 45 minutes or until the browser is closed.

Cookies we set to improve your user experience and that allow display settings in the web shop to be adjusted remain active for 12 months or until deleted from the browser.

In addition to these standard cookies we use Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) cookies that track your behaviour on the site. These cookies store information about how visitors use the website, including the number of pages viewed, where visitors come from and the number of visits, all in order to simplify the use of our site and ensure the best experience for you. Feedback and complaints

In accordance with Article 10 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, if you are dissatisfied for any reason you may submit a written complaint to the livlock.eu web shop.

LIVMARK allows you to submit a written complaint by post, by telephone at +385 (0)91 604 2047 or by e-mail at info@livlock.eu.

To identify the specific order your complaint concerns as quickly as possible, please state the order number, invoice number or your full name in the complaint.

LIVMARK will confirm receipt of your complaint in writing without delay, and you will receive a reply within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of the complaint.
